1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of Ascent Partners LTD services, including the Climbing Club membership. By purchasing or using the service you agree to these Terms.
2. The Climbing Club membership
The Climbing Club is a monthly subscription that includes live monthly Q&A sessions, member pricing on quarterly trainings, and access to a growing member library. Benefits may change over time; material changes will be communicated in advance.
3. Billing and auto-renewal
Membership is billed monthly at $4.99 (plus applicable tax) and renews automatically each month until you cancel. You authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal. Cancel anytime from your account; access continues through the end of the paid month.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel at any time in a single step from your account, with no phone call or retention process. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current period is not pro-rated unless required by law.
5. Acceptable use
Membership is for your personal use. Session recordings and member materials are for members only and may not be redistributed.
6. Not professional advice
Coaching and member content are for general educational purposes and are not legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. The version and date appear at the top of this page.
