1. Agreement
These Terms govern your access to and use of the Ascent Partners LTD website and the services, memberships, digital products, and other offerings we provide. By using our site, purchasing from us, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from us or use our paid services.
3. Our services
Ascent Partners LTD provides executive coaching, leadership and organizational consulting, digital resources and toolkits, paid memberships, and related products. The scope, deliverables, and price of each offering are described where you buy it or in a separate written agreement for that engagement.
4. Purchases and payment
Prices are shown at the point of purchase. Payments are processed by our payment processor, Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize us, through Stripe, to charge your selected payment method for the amount shown, including any recurring charges for subscriptions you sign up for. You are responsible for keeping your payment and account information accurate.
5. Cancellation, renewals, and refunds
Cancellation and refund terms vary by product and service. The terms that apply to your purchase are the ones disclosed to you at the time of purchase, or in the separate terms for that product or service. Where a purchase is a recurring subscription, it renews automatically at the price and interval shown until you cancel. You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account; cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues through the end of the period already paid for.
6. Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
7. Acceptable use
Access to our content, sessions, and materials is for your own use. Recordings, member materials, and purchased resources are licensed to you for that purpose and may not be resold, shared, or redistributed without our written permission.
8. Intellectual property
The content, materials, and resources we provide remain the property of Ascent Partners LTD or our licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use them for their intended purpose. All other rights are reserved.
9. Not professional advice
Our coaching, consulting content, and resources are provided for general educational and developmental purposes. They are not legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice, and we do not guarantee any particular result or outcome. No professional relationship is created by using them unless we agree to that in a separate written engagement.
10. Disclaimers and liability
Our services and materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ascent Partners LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to a product or service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. When we do, we will change the version and date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
