1. What we collect
Account details (name, email), membership and billing status from our payment processor, the information you choose to share during member onboarding, and the questions you submit.
2. Optional demographic information
Age range, gender, and highest degree are optional and collected only if you give a separate, explicit opt-in during onboarding. Your membership never depends on sharing them, and you can decline without losing any benefit.
3. How we use it
To provide and improve the membership, tailor Q&A sessions and content, process billing through our payment processor, and communicate with you about your membership.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. Stripe handles card data under its own terms and security standards.
5. Marketing
We send marketing email only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email.
6. Data security
Member information is stored server-side with access controls. Sensitive personal data is protected with additional safeguards. (Encryption-at-rest and access-control details to be finalized before launch.)
7. Your choices
You can view and update your information in your account, cancel your membership at any time, and request deletion of your data by contacting us.
